Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Biosy AI (the “Service”). By using Biosy, you agree to these terms. Biosy is currently in pre-launch development; these terms will be finalized alongside formal company incorporation ahead of public release.
1. Eligibility
Biosy is intended for individuals in India managing their own or their family members' health records. You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
2. Not a medical device or diagnostic service
Biosy, including its AI health assistant, is an informational tool for organizing and understanding your own health documents. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
3. Scope of the Service today
Biosy does not currently integrate with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) or share data with insurers. Documents are added to your vault by upload. These Terms will be updated before any such functionality is introduced.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading documents that are not your own or that of a family member you are authorized to manage, attempting to access other users' data, or interfering with the Service's security or blockchain verification systems.
5. Subscriptions
Biosy plans to offer a free tier and a paid Premium plan. Pricing shown on this site is indicative and subject to change before the subscription feature becomes available in the app. Subscriptions are not yet active in the current app release.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biosy is provided on an “as is” basis during this pre-launch phase, without warranties of any kind. Biosy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
