Delete Your Account & Data
This page explains how to request deletion of your Biosy AI account and data, whether or not you currently have the app installed.
Option 1 — In the app
Open Biosy AI and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm the request. Your account is immediately locked and scheduled for permanent deletion.
Option 2 — By email (no app required)
Email hello@biosy.in from the address or phone number associated with your account and ask us to delete your account. We'll verify your identity and process the request on your behalf within the same timeline as an in-app request.
What gets deleted, and when
Once a deletion request is confirmed, your account is locked immediately. All personal data — your profile, uploaded documents, health parameters, medications, vaccinations, vitals, billing records, chat history, family member records you manage, and your device push token — is permanently deleted within 30 days.
What is not deleted
Documents are protected by a SHA-256 integrity hash anchored on the public Polygon blockchain. By the nature of a public blockchain, this hash cannot be removed after the fact — but it is only a cryptographic fingerprint, never your medical data itself, and on its own it reveals nothing about you or your records. We may also retain minimal information where required by law (for example, billing records needed for tax compliance) for the period legally required, after which it is deleted.
