What exactly is Biosy?
Biosy is a personal health record app that gives every Indian family one secure place for their complete medical history — documents you upload, medications, vaccinations, vitals and expenses — plus an AI assistant that can answer questions about your own health history.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in AWS’s Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, in line with India’s data localization expectations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Does the AI ever guess or make up medical information?
No. The AI assistant only answers using the documents in your own vault and cites its sources. It is an informational tool, not a diagnostic or medical-advice service — always consult a qualified doctor for medical decisions.
What does "blockchain-verified" mean for my documents?
Every document you upload or import is cryptographically hashed (SHA-256) and that hash is anchored on the public Polygon blockchain. Your medical data itself never goes on-chain — only a tamper-evident fingerprint, which is publicly verifiable on Polygonscan.
